Pocket Pet is provided as-is for personal enjoyment.
Pocket Pet Pro
Using Pocket Pet requires Pocket Pet Pro. You can make your pet and see it before you subscribe or buy; after that, the app needs Pro. Pro includes your pet in the Dynamic Island (on iPhone models with one), the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, walk and focus sessions, every wardrobe outfit and costume, the Playroom, Trick School, Pet Court, Night Shift, Playdates and Pet Mail, the Journey, Pet World, weather reactions, wallpaper export, and more than one pet.
Pro is available as:
- Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers may get a 1-week free trial; if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews each year at the price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It does not renew.
Pro is tied to the Apple Account that bought it. If Pro ends (a subscription lapses, or after a refund), every pet you made is kept and comes back when Pro is active again.
Pet Mail notes
Notes are written by the people who send them, not by us. Be kind; don't send anything you wouldn't want the recipient to keep. You can hide, delete or report any letter you receive from your Mailbox.
Pet World
In Pet World other people see your pet's name and look. Don't give your pet a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or that includes someone's personal details. You can block or report any pet. We may refuse a name and hide or remove any pet from Pet World, without notice, to keep it friendly. Pet World is offered as it is and may change or pause. Report anything that worries you to support@pocketpetapp.com.
By joining Pet World you agree to these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we review reports within 24 hours, remove names that break these rules and remove the pets that use them.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are requested through Apple, not through Pocket Pet. Apple's standard Terms of Use for in-app purchases also apply.
Your photo
You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you provide. How photos are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
