How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases". The unlock is a one-time $9.99 purchase, not a subscription, and it is tied to the Apple Account that bought it. Family Sharing is not available.

What is free, and what does the unlock add?

Free: your pet, the look editor, the animation in the app, and a small Home Screen widget showing a sample pet. The one-time unlock adds your own pet in the Home Screen widgets (small and medium), the Lock Screen widgets, walk and focus sessions on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and wallpaper export.

How do I add the widget?

Long-press your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for "Pocket Pet". The small widget is free and shows a sample pet. Your own pet in it comes with the one-time unlock.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.
